Mas, quando descobrem que Dumbo consegue voar, o circo volta à ribalta, atraindo o persuasivo empresário V.A. Vandevere (Michael Keaton), que recruta o peculiar ser para o seu mais recente parque de diversão, o Dreamland. Dumbo eleva-se para novos voos ao lado da encantadora e espectacular artista aérea, Colette Marchant (Eva Green), até Holt descobrir que atrás de todo o brilho, a Dreamland está repleta de segredos sombrios.
